Dr Feldman and staff have cared for our many animals for over 12 years. Steve has always been generous knowing we were helping to rescue many cats. After we moved 40+ miles away, the staff works with us to accommodate our appointment needs. I think the best testament to our feelings is that we've stayed with him even after our move because he knows and cares so much for our animals.
The only thing we are really miss is that he no longer keeps a service to contact him after hours. It came in handy many times when Steve could just talk us through a problem. We have been left high and dry looking for an emergency animal hospital in the middle of a crisis.
