Kaas Richard E Veterinarian

I have been bringing my cats to Mercy Animal Hospital for four years now. I have had encounters with rude staff, and vets who don't seem to care at other offices. Everytime I go to Dr. Kaas' office, my pets and I are greated by a friendly, knowledgeable staff. Recently one of my cats had knee surgery, and was experiencing severe anxiety when I brought her home. Dr. Kaas personally called me after hours to see how my cat was doing.
