LUV My Pet Inc

My review is not of the facility itself and I intend not to offend any employees of luv my pet. I never have actually visited a clinic for vaccination purposes however my issue is with their administrative office. I work at an animal shelter and was attempting to retrieve some information about a dog who had come into the shelter as a stray with a luv my pet rabies tag on. I called the number on the tag and got a recording. It told me "This is an administrative office only. Do not call here for shot records." WHAT!? For this reason, I couldn't trace this dog to its owner even though it had tags on. Luckily for the dog, her owner came looking for her and she returned home. I thought part of the reason you put a rabies tag on your dog is so that people could find out information about the dog/owner from the vet from which it was issued.
