A very nice shelter, with friendly staff that was able to help us choose the perfect cat for us. Adoption was easy, but they still did necessary checks to help make sure that any adopted animal was getting a good home.
Pros: Friendly staff, excellent cat room.
Cons: Overloaded, animals may get put down.

Due to lack of funding this shelter closed in March 2009, leaving animals in Western Massachusetts with few options for a better life.

it is heartbreaking the MSPCA is closing. hopefully people will realize how imperitive it is that they donate to shelters and support animal causes
