Dogs love to have a job to do!

posted 5 years ago

My dogs were insecure and nervous around dogs and people until the Lee Mannix staff taught us to work as a team in basic obedience, agility, tracking and air scenting. We have had enormous fun while training.
The classes gave us both the confidence to be at ease in the park, on-the-road and in the neighborhood.
Knowledgeable staff, small classes and individual programs work wonders.
Especially for hard-to-handle dogs, LMCCB is the place for dogs to have fun and owners gain the skills to influence their dog's behaviors. The training tips are straight-forward, based on science and rewards for desired behaviors.
With their help, I was able to housetrain my pup, teach her to stay out of the garbage, come when called and to do parlor tricks like play dead and count...and much more!

Pros: Positive methods that give results

Cons: Tracking class is at 7 AM!

Lee Mannix is Wonderful - Even with Feral Dogs!

posted 5 years ago

I live in the country, and people are always dumping their animals. I live-trapped 3 feral beagles. The last one was extremely wild! I sent out literally hundreds of emails trying to find someone who could help me with this puppy. Lee Mannix called me and agreed to work with the puppy for two weeks for free. He made a tremendous difference in the life of this dog. He went on to live several months with another trainier and eventually a couple on a ranch adopted him. I cannot express enough my gratitude to Lee Mannix. He is wonderful!

Pros: Caring, Compassionate Man!

Cons: none!
