Our shelter uses the PetSmart West Point plaza as their off site adoption center. So we have gotten to know the trainers here very well. They are knowledgable and really care to make sure you and your animal learn while in their classes.
And several of the trainers volunteer with other shelters in fostering shelter dogs. They are wonderful people.
Pros: nice, polite, knowledgable about animals
