A: every time your dog barks, skip the cookie and give her a time out. remove her from the room, so shes all alone in a boring bathroom or something similar, for two minutes. do this every single time.
Our chihuahua, Peanut, was trained as a puppy to pee on rugs (not by me). Now, I can't keep a rug in the house. Can she be retrained somehow?
