my 17 year old love bird loves to bang the doors of his cage up and down. we clothes pin them,twist tie them ,but to no avail. he knows how to get the clothes pins off and chews up the twist ties. i hesitate to spend the money for a new cage consider… more ›

A: It sounds like it gives him something to do, he may be bored. He also knows that it will get your attention, even if it is neg. attention. He may also want out. Give him more of your attention and freedom outside of the cage.

My new bird ECHO hollers all the time, I have tried giving her food and talking to her when she does this, but it doesn't seem to quite her down any
