Store fine for shopping, pet hotel a mess
Pros: convient for multiple pet owners, great location, prices are fair
Cons: staff cannot answer simple questions on products, doesn't carry a good selection of cat food (specificallt high quality brands).

The staff is never able to give me more than a guess as an answer to my questions about their products, even those products in "their" section.
Overall I still shop at this location for food/toys for my pets, except food for my cats since petsmart only carries low-moderate quality of catfood.

The pethotel was awful. We had to go in to actually get our cats to take them home because the staff was afraid to get them out because they are not decalwed, they left their canned food down the entire time even though I specifically instructed it to be thrown away after 30 minutes whether they ate it or not since it spoils and is unsafe to eat after that time, and they gave them "play" time when i requested for them to leave the cats alone since it was just for a day and the situation was stressful for them.
The area they put the cats in is awful. My two cats were to have their own cage/condo/whatever they call it that attached so they could visit if they wanted, but how they did it was one cat was in a cage on top and the other on the bottom, but the entrance to each others cages was too small for anything by a kitten to fit through and it was up so high the bottom cat couldn't get up and the top cat would injure himself going through if he managed to squish himself in the hole.
