Not impressed
Pros: centrally located downtown, can bring pet inside
Cons: many of their dogs come from puppy mills

Service in this pet store depends on who is working that day. Some of the younger gals are helpful and somewhat knowledgeable. This is the only place in town with specialty products for my aging parakeet (going on 18 years!) No one seemed to know what to give a senior bird...so I was on my own.
Also, I am not very pleased that they do not require their kittens or puppies to be altered before adoption. And many of the breeders they get puppies from would be considered "puppy millls."
They do have a reasonable selection of pet products for all types of pets, and their prices are pretty average,

I'm impressed, but in a negative rather than a positive way. The younger women are friendly and helpful, but don't deal with the owner (wife) unless you like attitudes. I was treated as if I were always wrong, she was always right, I was ignorant, and she was more knowledgable than a vet. Won't go there again!
