This is a family owned/run pet store and I have always been met with a smile when I go in. The staff is super friendly and they are always willing to answer any questions you have. They were a great help when I bought my first bunnies and also when I bought my turtles. When I asked about a reptile heater the employee admitted to not being familiar with it and offered to research it for me before I spent the money to buy it because she didn't feel comfortable recommending it!! You should definately go in and meet the staff and see all that they have to offer. :)
