Review Details

I spend $460 to buy a poodle puppy and supplies, but because of the puppy biting at my son's face many times, and twice breaking the skin and causing bleeding, I could not keep the puppy. It had to go quickly, but the owners of the pet store wouldn't even buy the puppy back at a fraction. The owner's wife stated a 'no return policy' although I didn't see one displayed nor was one stated. They took the dog back 'free' and made a second profit off the dog.

The owners wife acts like a 'no it all' and treated me as if I were always wrong, she was always right, and presented a 'nose up in the air' attitude.

Because of the poor relating to myself, and the 'rip off' from them in regard to the lack of partial return cost of the puppy, especially since they would make a double profit and didn't present any 'no return policy' I will never shop there again.

I don't get attitudes toward other people easily, but developed one toward the owner in regard to this huge cost of a dog, a 'biter,' and no partial compensation from the huge cost of purchasing the dog and supplies. The owner said that all "puppies are chewers, and that is to be expected." I told her biting a child's face is not 'chewing.' She was just looking forward to getting the dog back and making a second profit because she knew I couldn't keep the dog.

I will never have anything to say about this pet store now, and will not even go there again.
