Well, it is a pet store...!

Hi, I own the Critter Jamboree, and to clarify a few points: Needs better lighting... Mmmm maybe, but not in the fish or reptile room. The dim lighting helps to show the tanks/animals in question. But I don't feel it is dank or dim at all. The staff... is myself. I have been working with animals for over 30 years. I would probaly pit my knowledge up against most anyone in the field. It is all I do. We do have alot of volunteers, mostly from the high school across the street, and most know little if anything. First thing they are taught is that the words 'I don't know' are comletely acceptable. Much more so than what they think might be correct or making something up. If you don't *know*, don't present it as knowledge.
Thats really all I have to say. I just felt that the statements were a bit over generalized, and a bit misleading. I do very much appreciate anyone taking the time to comment on the store, and the opportunity to reply. Have a great day! :)
