The staff didn't ever once ask me if I needed any help, as I waited near the fish for over 15 minutes. They walked past me many times chit chatting to each other though.
Finally I asked for help and the lady said she would go get the fish person. I waited another 10 minutes before I went to the register and asked for help in the fish department. Finally some one was sent over. But this person knew NOTHING about fish. He even dropped a fish on the floor well trying to scoop it out of the tank! It was horrible!
These people need to be educated before they are allowed to help people.
