Petsmart is definitely convenient

I always had good experiences with PetsMart so it's not fair for me to say, just from one bad experience, that they have untrained groomers. However, watching how this girl treated a poodle that continued at snap at her, she got to a point where she was teasing him, just so he would snap at her. This was at the store in here in St. Louis (Bridgeton). Also, with my terrier mix, a different lady was grooming him and he snapped at her a few times and when he did so, she pulled his leg and yelled at him, which I did not like at all. However, overall, I think they are fairly priced and they do a good job with the grooming.
