Find somewhere else.

The chain has a decent selection in products, but the animals sold in the store are in typically poor condition. All of the stores i have been in have poorly maintained fish and small animals that are sick more often than not. The staff seem to know nothing about what they are selling, and seem very careless in how they handle sales. They seem to expect that everyone already knows everything about the animal that they are buying or buying for.
They do, though, accomodate good public services- vaccinations, training, adoption and awareness, though I wouldn't trust the grooming anymore.
