This is a GREAT store. We recently adopted a dog from the local Humane Society. My daughters picked out a new collar and leash for her before we went to pick her up. We soon found out that the collar we chose was way too big. PetSmart let me exchange it, even though we had removed the tags in order to try it on her.
The staff is always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this store!
