Appointment times are not flexible when working the typical 8-5 job. Several times, I have waited a long time before they call me in. No communication at the front desk explaining that the wait time may be longer because of an incident. It's just stressful waiting with my cat who cries in his cat carrier and my dog who just loves to smell everything. For the most part, the vets here are easy to talk with and they seem to care. Just need to ask questions because they tend not to give you an overload of info. unless asked. Prices are expensive but I always go back.
