This store is a mess. It is always dirty. There are times I've been in here and the whole entry way has had stuff spilled all over the floor and left there. The bathroom is disgusting. The one and only time I used it there was garbage all over the place and no toilet seat. Just last week I was at another Petco and one of the customers had said that he went to the Lake Grove store and it was disgusting and he would rather drive further to go to a clean and tidy store. It is just a very poor example of what otherwise is a very professional company.

Sorry, I TOTALLY Disagree!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this store is fine, at least the one by me. Ithe aisles are perfect, Lots of choices and varietys of food, toys, books, etc. Don't know what store you went too, but the petco I went too was good to above average.
This is a review for the Lake Grove store. Each store is reviewed separately on here. I work part time at another petco so I see the difference. Visit Lake Grove and you'll see what I mean.
