We love Mud Bay and our fav. location is U. Village. The staff is so helpful and really know their stuff. The store is always clean and staged so it is easy to shop even if you have your dog with you. I have an allergy dog who went through all of their samples as a puppy to try and find something that worked. They even let you bring back food purchased that is half gone to get something else if it doesn't work. They understand the needs of your pet and are always educating their staff so they know the most up to date information on the products. We are customers for life.
