I volunteer for CAT and have been in to visit the kitties at PetLoft several times. Usually the staff is very kind and courteous. I usually stop in around lunch time, when I am over on that side of town. The last time I was in, however, I wanted to see one of our cats, whom I knew and who had been adopted and returned. I wanted to check on him and give him some love. The staff member rudely informed me that they only allow "serious" adopters to hold the cats. Apparently, the fact that I knew the cat was irrelevant to this staff member. I had never heard that before, and have never had PetLoft staff be so rude to me.
