Small store, very crowded

I have gone here a couple times but each time was not a good experience. I kept thinking they would get better. I go to PetSmart now. The stores are cleaner, bigger, more helpful, more service.
Pros: lots of pet food
Cons: dirty cages, unfriendly staff, difficult parking

Max hurt his leg on a Sunday, they were listed as emergency, I got him right in and taken care of. The service was very good. I would use them again if the need arise.
