PETSMART

I have shopped at this store for my dogs and my mom's cats. The store itself is in great condition. It is a newer location. The shelves always seem to be well-stocked. However, the customer service is not great. I usually have to look around quite a bit to get some help. On a few occasions I asked the cashier to call for customer service and ended up waiting for 10+ minutes for some help (store was not busy). On one of those days I happened to be waiting near the manager's office and I saw four employees sitting in there laughing and talking to each other. They are usually not able to answer in-depth questions about products (at least no one I have encountered).

Pros: Clean and well-stocked

Cons: Customer service is lackluster
