The Wharf

Yesterday I went to The Wharf to purchase some bird supplies. I took my items to the counter and was not acknowledged in any way. The only time the clerk said anything to me was when he asked for my ID because I paid with my credit card. In fact, during the transaction he never even looked at me. I stood there after getting my receipt, waiting for a thank you or have a nice day and still got nothing. I gave the young man my opinion of his treatment of a paying customer. I also wrote an email to The Wharf's customer service and have yet to receive a requested response. A couple of years ago, I stopped giving The Wharf my business because of their lack of customer service and had only recently began spending my money there. The Wharf has lost my business for good and with birds, dogs, and cats in my household, that is a lot of $$$ not making it in their cash registers. I will take my business where it's appreciated and it's not The Wharf!
