I've visited this store once and, although the owner was at the register and looked right at me when I walked in, I never received a greeting. I could not find my items I wanted and was never asked if I needed help. I had to seek the owner for help. The items weren't organized very well, with dog supplies being scattered here and there. And as far as pricing..too high! Right up there with Petsmart. I wouldn't recommend this store to my friends/family.
Pros: Clean store
Cons: Not very helpful when it comes to customer service
