Years ago I took my dog to this store to be groomed. The woman who used to work there was kind and caring. Ever since that woman left, I have not experienced the same caring attitude. A couple months ago my husband took my 3 year old son to buy goldfish supplies. It was five minutes before opening time, and the man inside saw my husband and 3 year old at the door but would not acknowledge them or unlock the doors five minutes early- even just to let them in out of the freezing temperatures. We don't plan on going back.
