A nice store

We always find everything we are looking for when we shop at Petsmart. The customer service is very helpfull and friendly. When ever you are not sure about your pets needs they are the best place to go for answers and products to buy.
Pros: A very nice store for all pet needs and supplies.
Cons: I wish more locations could be around the phoenix area.

My pet loves shopping there

I really like taking my pet with me when I shop here. He loves the interaction of meeting new dogs and new smells! However, there are time when we go they may not have the brand or size of bag I need and I have to take the large or smaller size!
Overall, I continue to shop there and use the grooming facilities 3 times a year. They have a good selection and provide great customer service.
Pros: Conveniently located
Cons: Stock may not be there at all times

It is great to see my little ones after they have enjoyed a day of grooming. It makes me feel good just to see them light up and know they are experiencing a show off type of day.
