Ameritemps At Petsmart

I took my little mixed breed dog in to get his nails trimmed. They made me hold him outside the grooming area. He scratched me from head to legs. He was scared to death and I was in pain and they charged me eight dollars for a miserable experience. This was in Anniston AL. I love petsmart as far as a store and I buy all pet supplies there, but I will never use their grooming facility again!!!!!!!!

Pros: The only good thing about the experience was I know where not to go

Cons: The service was terrible
