Good for toys, and their Banfield is much better than most...

but their hermit crabs are HORRIBLE. Most are in terrible painted shells, many dead ones. They often don't have ANY water, but they NEVER have a dish of salt water as well as fresh, which they really need.
I am glad they do not sell puppies and kitten, but their care of the small animals in the location isn't so great either.
I do love their sales of supplies and toys, though. I also like their main vet for dogs.
Pros: They have info about care
Cons: They don't FOLLOW their own advice!

This is an okay place for fish, and the staff is friendly... but usually made up of high schoolers who do NOT know about the animals they sell. They also sell those cutesy mix named puppies and kitte… more ›
