PETCO Austin - Central

If I need to pick up pet supplies during the week, I sometimes stop into the PetCo in the Hancock shopping center since I drive by the location each day. It's a nice little store, but it IS small, and the aisles are a bit cramped. It can be a bit of a hassle to make my way to the back to the displays of higher end foods.

Parking is also difficult because the parking lot is small and also houses a small bus terminal. Fun!

Overall, the Central Austin PetCo is a nice enough store though although I've only ever purchased supplies.

Pros: Convenient location for me, good selection of organic/natural foods

Cons: Small location, parking lot a pain

Customer service could definately stantd to be improved. I had the feeling no one really cared about me or my purchase. I'd rather go to PSP- where they know my name.

Pros: Good selection

Cons: Impersonal
