The staff there absolutely loved my little poodle puppy, and he came back to us one happy dog.
The service is excellent and precise, the facility "homey" in a way, and your dog comes back to you feeling good, and looking/smelling good as well.
Pros: Dog had a good time, very clean and cute resort
Cons: A bit on the expensive side

They still use the removeable stitches instead of the disolving ones which requires a trip back to the vet sometimes.
