Needs to be shut down

I stop in this place to check on the animals. Last spring I went in and they had a litter of kittens. A couple of them did not look so good. It was hot as they only had the ceiling fans on and they were pushing hot air. I went back in there and had to tell them the kittens needed water. Some of the kittens were gone and I could not bring myself to ask about them. As I was debating rescuing the last kitten some people bought him. Personally, I think they should not be allowed to house animals. They also had a number of birds and i was afraid to even go there.

Cons: Hot, dirty, animals without water
