Great variety of products and helpful staff. We took our dog there for training and the trainer was very good. I did not feel rushed in the class and she always explained everything well.

the staff here are helpful, the prices are better than petco, and they are pretty accomodating for adoption events. i've only had good experiences here, and i would rather drive 15 minutes to go here than go to the petstore 5 minutes away. good service, good store!
