Lacking a lot!

This store needs help. Someone reviewed it and said that they need a facelift. I AGREE. PETCO has the greatest TV commercials but that is all that is going for this location. Sorry, maybe things will get better in the near future.
Pros: It's close by but that is about it
Cons: Dirty, smelly, high prices, help yourself customer service

Not as good as petsmart

The people who work at the store are knowlegable and helpful. Prices are comparable. But the place is a wreck. It needs a face lift, new floors and some paint. It always smells bad. I don't feel comfortable shopping there. The staff and animals deserve better from the owners of this store.
Pros: nice staff
