Not so good.

Though many of the workers here are nice and try to be helpful, i have encountered horrible service here multiple times. I don't plan on going back.
Also: right before the holidays 2006, i guess they were trying to sell a lot of small animals for christmas, but the cages were way too crowded. i counted thirteen or so guinea pigs in one of their tiny cages. the poor things could hardly walk!
Pros: nearest pet supply store to fenton
Cons: customer service sometimes not so great
