When I have been in there is didnt seem very clean or friendly. The staff did not say anything rude but they would just stand there and not even aknowledge you. Also most of them did not know anything about the animals or products.
Pros: Close to my house and good selection
Cons: Most staff unfriendly and high prices

I have interacted with the staff at this kennel and they are exceptionally nice and professional. They actually care about the animals and their well being. I would definately recommend this kennel.
