PetCo

I visited this store at least once a month for a year and I never had a bad experience. Someone was always available to answer my questions and offer assistance. I would not go to any other Petco in the area, because they just don't compare as far as selection and customer service level. I cannot compliment them enough!

Pros: organized, clean, friendly

Cons: unknown

Their small animals and especially their birds seem to be well taken care of, and they usually have a great selection. Some of their staff are very knowledgeable while some are not. They do offer grooming but I haven't used that service yet.

Pros: Animals seem well taken care of and socialized.

Cons: Can't always find what I'm looking for.
