PETSMART

This store is really good as far as staff goes - could be a little cleaner and nicer, but overall has decent prices, a great selection of goods and one of the best grooming departments. They also offer adoption and vet clinics, but I've never used them - from what I've seen at the store they must be good, they always have a lot of business when I am there shopping or getting my girls groomed.

Pros: Very helpful staff and great grooming department

Cons: Hard to get an appointment cause they're good and generally lenght of appointment is very long.

Petsmart in Springfield has many times allowed my small rescue group to display our animals there and help us get them adopted.The store has any product for animals you could imagine and the staff is very knowledgable and helpful.

Pros: New manager very knowledgable

Cons: some high prices.
