i went there a few weeks ago and i wanted to purchase a snake...i asked them what size cage i would need...they looked at me puzzled then looked at the cages and sounded unsure about their answer then smiled and walked away after i thanked them. i like to walk into a store knowing that the staff there know what they are doing....i shouldnt leave the store feeling unsure about it...they need to work on their knowledge of the animals and their friendliness to the customer.

Pros: clear selection

Cons: staff not very knowledgable about the animals

I get my rabbit food here. Little high in price, but Oxbow isn't cheap. Staff could be friendlier. Overall, a nice local store.
