I shop here to get my cats and dogs natural food, treats, and supplements. The staff is very knowledgeable about the products they carry.

I've gone here a number of times and still don't feel like the customer service is that great. I want to support my local business though so I've given them quite a few chances. Sometimes I get a hello and sometimes I don't. Sometimes I feel like I'm bothering the person by coming in. They could be a little friendlier. The advantage of shopping here is they sell premium brands and they are nice enough to carry out the large bag of food to your car for you. Just sometimes you have to ask - they don't always offer.
