PetCo

I took my young nephew to pick out a reptile type pet for his birthday. I wanted it to be a reptile, or frog, or turtle... I knew nothing of any of these, and needed assistance as to what would be easiest for him. Two people who worked there couldnt seem to give me any answers. It was very disappointing!

Pros: close to home

Cons: noone there seems able to help

I visited this location and the products were good as always but the employees were too busy screwing around with each other to pay much attention to the customers. The cashier was this surfer type dude that was too busy to pay attention to what he was ringing up because he was messing around with another cashier.

Pros: Great store

Cons: dumb employees at this location
