Friendly, local small business with great service

posted 7 years ago

I have been buying dog products from here since I got my dog 6 years ago. They carry his food-Wee Bits by Solid Gold- and a variety of animal products. They cater to dogs, cats, fish, birds, horses, etc. They are always very friendly. I had a great experience once when I ran over there to buy some beef jerky snacks. I had run out and I mix it with my dog's food each day. Anyway, I thought I had my wallet, and I didn't. I had a bit of cash but was two dollars short. I was going to run home but the man told me it was okay because he knows me as a good customer. That meant a lot to me. This is place where customers still come first. The staff is very knowledgable and will help the customer as much or as little as needed.

Pros: A wide variety of high quality food, friendly staff

Cons: none I know of

I have bought many products from Siers over the years - from Bird Seed to Dog Crates. They are excellent at customer service and are always willing to carry your purchases to the car for you.

Pros: Always Helpful
