Pet North

I just visted this store last month, what a reat selection of collars and leashes. And a few new do toys I haddent seen before. I spent too much, but with a great selction and a friendly staff that is bound to happen. I like that they assit the recsue community as well I ive this store a thumbs up!

Cons: over and hour away

I love Pet North. They have allowed me to come in once a month for adoption days to try to get some of the rescue animals adopted. They have a wide selection, and if they don't have what you're looking for, they'll make every effort to find it and order it for you.

Another great thing is that Pet North does not sell puppies, thus not supporting puppy mills. They do sell kittens but only from local unwanted litters, again not supporting kitten mills either. They do offer a fine assortment of small pets and fish and are knowledgeable about proper care and husbandry.

Pros: nice selection, willing to order things that aren't in stock, don't sell puppies, rescue friendly

Cons: You may have to wait for something to be special ordered if it's not in stock
