Always a huge thing for me is when the store gives back to its community by donating to rescue groups and helps when it can.
They have a nice selection of premium foods and will carry it out for you as well, which is nice when you are purchasing large bags. Another thing I like is that they don't sell live animals which is a good thing.

They carry your dog food out for you. They have only good brands of dog food. They don't sell live animals. They could use more products for exotics and bedding, toys, treats. There isn't much variety in that area.
