PETCO Green Bay

I used to shop at this store weekly, until I recieved some horrible customer service regarding the tropical fish, they refused to keep up to their fish replacement policy unless I preformed another water change, I expressed my concern about the fish already being stressed and they again stressed I needed to change my water, I did so and the next day one of my longtime tankmated had died. I called the store talked to a manager who assured me the associate did not do the right thing and told me about several products I could have added to my water instead of doing a water change. She told me on the phone I should come to the store a 35 min drive from my house. When I arrived at the store the story had changed and again I was the bad person. I didn't get my 1st fish refunded and they gave me a cheap replacement for the fish that had died during the water change. :( I wasn't happy and now choose locally owned pet stores to chain stores.

Pros: larger selection

Cons: HUGE price markups, poor quality livestock, chain store

all of the employees here were very helpful and knew what they were talking about. The only downfall is that customers can bring in there pets so it kind of smells.
