I have been in this stre on a few seperate occassions. I spent one day with fish in my hand at the counter for 10 minutes being ignored while the clerk visited with friends before I finally left. On another occassion I was in there and there was a stack of cages roughly five feet from the ground. A puppy fell out onto the concrete and the clerk just picked it up and put it back in the cage and stated that the puppy would be fine. She never even checked the puppy for injury. Needless to say I will never enter this store again.

This hotel is an older hotel with few extras. The last time I was there they were pet friendly. I found the staff at that time to be very kind and helpful.
