Not the best in area

I checked this store out on a trip to Cedar Rapids. It was just okay. Their assortment of pet supplies was good and the prices okay. I've found comparable items, quality, and prices closer to home. The staff wasn't unfriendly nor did they go out of their way to be friendly. It's not a place I would make a special trip to in the furture.

Pros: Decent selection of pet supplies

Cons: staff could be friendlier and more accomodating

Okay Store...

This PetSmart is okay. The staff isn't the most caring, and the prices are high. But I would rather shop at Wal-Mart.

Pros: Clean..

Cons: Pricey..

PetSmart is a fun store to bring your dog to, great for socialization! I had an appt at 1:30 and couldn't pick up my dog until after 4. I'm not sure if that's the normalality of groomers?
