I've done my pet shopping here several years now and quite satisfied with the customer service I've received when visiting. The store is clean, easy to navigate and there is a good selection of pet-related products.

This is where I shop most often, though I wish they would carry substrate and additives for freshwater aquatic plants. The fish come with a 15-day guarantee that allows for exchanges or refunds, even without a receipt in some cases. Friendly customer service and tons of quality products for a variety of animals!

Pros: Plenty of freshwater fish and aquatic plants at reasonable prices.

Cons: Corporate-owned.
