I spend more money here than anywhere else. The staff is great, they order things when I ask, and their manager has a heart of gold. Very willing to work with non-profits. They just opened a Hotel for pets which includes TV's and VCR's :).
Pros: awesome store
Cons: could use some more high quality brands
