PETSMART

I go to PetSmart periodically to pick up mainly fish supplies, like food and meds; they have a good selection and are a LOT cheaper than my local pet store. The couple of times that I have bought fish there I was appalled at the number of sick and dead ones, some of them looked like they'd been there a while (stuck to filter, moldy)...don't buy fish there any more. I know that it is hard to avoid as transportation is really hard on fish, but they could be a lot more vigilant about removing them. I haven't had a tremendous amount of luck with having questions answered,much of the staff look like they'd rather be anywhere else in the world but there...

That said, it is a fairly pleasant shop and I do love the selection.

Pros: They carry lots of stuff that my local pet store doesn't

Cons: Poor customer service, lots of sick and dead fish

I love bringing my dog here because everyone' s always so sweet to her ( and giving her treats!) the place is always clean and the staff is very informative. kudos.
